We are not a well-funded development group focused on profits for our investors. We are long-time business owners and active community members living here in Sayulita. Undertaking a project on this scale has been increasingly expensive with the economic fluctuations and inflation.

To achieve the final construction push, we are launching a Indiegogo campaign on July 30th, and we hope you will consider participating.

We are hoping to crowd-fund $175,000 dollars to finish the remaining construction of the building so that we can open the hotel, and crossing our fingers for an additional $50,000 to bring forth the true polished potential of the Nomada Hotel.
